59TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE: DEDICATED TO PROMOTING THE LATEST ADVANCES IN MODERN ANALYTICAL AND SPECTROSCOPIC TECHNIQUES IN THE CHEMICAL, ENGINEERING, PHYSICAL AND BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES. CONFERENCE IS ATTENDED BY 150-400 SCIENTISTS WITH RESEARCH INTERESTS IN SOLID STATE NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE (45%), ELECTRON PARAMAGNETIC RESONANCE (35%) AND ANALYTICAL SPECTROSCOPY (20%). ATTENDEES ARE PRIMARILY FROM ACADEMIA WITH SMALLER NUMBERS FROM INDUSTRY AND GOVERNMENT LABS. APPROXIMATELY 15-20% OF ATTENDEES ARE GRADUATE STUDENTS FOR WHOM THIS GATHERING IS OFTEN THEIR FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCE.
