Balanced Rock Foundation inspires health and wellbeing through a deep connection to nature and spirit. Successfully ran a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training Program which concluded in September, hosted healing camping and backpacking retreats in Yosemite National Park, helped visitors access and learn about Yosemite National Park through our Custom Guided Day Hikes, Tours, and Yoga Classes, fostered relationship with AutoCamp Yosemite and offered yoga for guests 2x week, and supported the local community with various Outreach programs and an ongoing Community Yoga and Wellness Program which spans in-person and online platforms.
