THE PURPOSE OF THE WALLA WALLA CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL IS TO FURTHER THE ACCESSIBILITY, PERFORMANCE AND AWARENESS OF THE ART OF CHAMBER MUSIC IN THE WALLA WALLA VALLEY. IN JANUARY OF 2024, THE WINTER FESTIVAL WAS ATTENDED BY 612 INDIVIDUALS AT FOUR TICKETED CONCERTS. IN JUNE OF 2024, THERE WERE 2,520 AUDIENCE MEMBERS AT SIXTEEN TICKETED CONCERTS. IN ADDITION, DURING THE JUNE FESITVAL, ONCE AGAIN, OUTREACH CONCERTS WERE PROVIDED FOR 2,384 ATTENDEES, NONE OF WHOM PAID ADMISSION. THESE FREE COMMUNITY CONCERTS INCLUDED A CONCERT AT EACH OF THE FIVE WALLA WALLA ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS (TOTAL ATTENDANCE 1,980), TWO CHILDREN'S CONCERTS, ONE IN THE OUTLYING COMMUNITY OF WAITSBURG AND ONE IN WALLA WALLA, A CONCERT AT THE VA MEDICAL CENTER, A CONCERT AT WHITMAN COLLEGE, AND OPEN REHEARSALS AT TWO LOCAL BUSINESSES, GREEN VALLEY GARDENS AND ROYCE STABLES.
