A MAJORITY OF OUR RESCUES ARE FROM LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS, DUE TO THE ANIMALS RUNNING OUT OF TIME AND WOULD BE PUT TO DEATH BECAUSE OF LACK OF ROOM AND/OR TIMELY ADOPTION. THESE ANIMALS LIVE AT OUR FACILITY RECEIVING LOVING CARE. WE PROVIDE FOOD,SHELTER, AND MEDICAL ATTENTION-INCLUDING SPADE OR NEUTERING, AND ALL ANIMALS STAY WITH US UNTIL THEY ARE FOUND A PERMANENT LOVING HOME. SOME OF THE ANIMALS ARE FOSTERED TO AIDE THEM IN LEARNING SOCIAL SKILLS TO HELP BETTER PLACE THEM IN A PERMANENT HOME. ALL UN- ADOPTABLE ANIMALS REMAIN WITH US FOR THE REMAINDER OF THEIR LIVES-NONE OF OUR RESCUES ARE EVER PUT TO DEATH FOR LACK OF A PLACE TO LIVE. ALL ADOPTIONS STIPULATE RETURN OF PET TO CAUZICAN CARE IF FOR ANY REASON THE ADOPTION DOES NOT WORK OUT. WE ALSO PICK UP AND DELIVER ANIMALS AROUND THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND SOUTH GEORGIA AREAS AS NEEDED,COOPERATING WITH OTHER RESCUE AND FOSTER SHELTERS. PRESENTATIONS ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR ANIMALS WAS CONDUCTED AT THE LOCAL SCHOOLS.
