The My Netball Academy, Be an Inspiration, Ready Set Net & Net Together Programs are Netball America's trademarked programs that uses netball as a platform to empower youth for peace and strong futures, while increasing participation in sports, reducing obesity, reducing discrimination and increasing social emotional wellbeing. This also includes teacher and students netball education and coaching sessions. Both virtual and inperson programming were delivered. During 2025 we reached 8,000+ youth and over 10,000 physical education teachers and coaches. We are the leaders in introducing Netball into schools across the USA. We partner with a number of national and local community organizations as well as school districts. Our trademarked curriculum is delivered by qualified coaches and participants receive various print materials. Our coaches are Safe Sport certified, undergo interviews and background checks, must agree and adhere to our Child Protection Policies and receive quarterly virtual and in-person training. These programs are provided free and we rely on grants, sponsors and donors to fund these programs. Our target is underserved youth, primarily girls. Netball America is also invited to speak at numerous US and global sport and education conferences. We have also been the recipient of many US and global awards for this program, including a recipient of the President's Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition Community Leadership Award.

USA Netball Teams: A squad of 80 American athletes who train monthly - virtually and in person. The purpose of this is to develop athletes on an elite pathway to get them at a level in line with international standards on our Stripes to Stars Pathway. These teams consist of all genders. Applications are open year-round for athletes, coaches and volunteers to apply to be a part of this team. The co-ed all gender team won the silver medal at the 2025 Dubai International Netball Tournament. As Netball is a developing sport in the USA, the athletes who are selected must embody what it means to be a mentor to younger athletes as well as stand as a representative of Netball in the community. Volunteering their time in our programs is also a requirement.
