The BBVA Compassion Team Support Fund program is designed to help provide financial relief to BBVA employees who may be facing a catastrophic event or personal hardship. Eligible team members can receive up to 2 grants during their tenure with the bank, with each grant capped at $5,000 (or as otherwise determined by the BBVA Charity Board). Current BBVA employees can provide funding by making direct tax-deductible donations to BBVA Compassion. Donations are facilitated through the BBVA Volunteer Connection Platform and can be received as a one-time transaction or payroll deduction. Donations are aggregated and automatically paid on employees behalf on a monthly basis. All donations are deposited into the BBVA Compassion Account. Employees approved through the program receive a grant disbursed from the BBVA Compassion account.
