During the Christmas season, the choir was invited to walk and perform in the "Dickens on the Strand" parade in Galveston, TX. Over 2,000 people lined the streets as the choir sang Christmas songs. The choir additionally performed on-stage at Dickens on the Strand, performing in front of approximately 300 people. BAYS was informally told that they were the best performing group in the event.
