Technical Assistance - NoMAAs annual Technical Assistance Institute, a one-day program held in the fall that includes workshops/panels on community and arts and how these are tied to issues in fundraising, marketing and empowerment. The Technical Assistance Institute is designed to promote a better understanding of the fundamental steps involved in creating and sustaining a professional career as an artist and developing and running a successful arts organization.
