Our mission is to champion student success by working directly with schools, focusing uncompromisingly on enhancing student outcomes. MEF leads the development of systems and infrastructure that reach every child in the classroom, providing high-quality curricula, comprehensive teacher training, and robust support for school leaders. **5783- 2023 Accomplishments Overview** **Training and Recruitment:** - *Kadima L?Chinuch* Teacher Certification Program: Certified 20 new *mechanchim* in Spring-Summer 5783-2023, equipping educators with critical teaching skills and methodologies. - *Back to School Teacher Training Crash Course*: Trained 25 *mechanchos* through an intensive course tailored to prepare educators for a successful academic year. - *Youth Mental Health First Aid*: Certified 45 educators in Spring 5783-2023, enabling them to recognize and respond effectively to students? mental health needs. **Capacity Building:** - *Annual Women?s Chabad School Leadership Retreat*: Hosted 67 principals at the Annual Women?s Chabad School Leadership Retreat in Winter 5783- 2023, fostering growth and leadership collaboration. **Community and Collaboration:** - *Kinus Mechanchos Chabad*: Hosted the 8th Annual *Kinus Mechanchos Chabad*, drawing 600 *mechanchos* from 142 schools across 128 cities and five continents, facilitating global Chabad educational networking. - *Hakhel Gatherings*: Organized 12 Hakhel gatherings and *farbrengens* for educators throughout 5783-2023, fostering unity and inspiration within the Chabad educational community. - *School Marketing Course*: Conducted a 10-week marketing course for 15 Chabad Day School leaders, focusing on building school visibility and outreach. **Curricular Resources:** - *Project Tomim* Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Curriculum: Trained 15 *mechanchim* on the *Project Tomim* SEL curriculum in Los Angeles during Winter 5783- 2023.
