THE TRAUMA INTERVENTION PROGRAM (TIP) OF SOUTHERN NEVADA, INC. IN THESE PROGRAMS, WELL-TRAINED CITIZEN VOLUNTEERS ARE CALLED TO EMERGENCY SCENES TO ASSIST FAMILY MEMBERS, WITNESSES, AND OTHER BYSTANDERS DIRECTLY ON-SCENE, DURING THE INVESTIGATION.
