Langar (Free Kitchen) is especially prominent on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Sikh religious holidays. COMMUNITY/COALITION BUILDING The Sikh Centre of Seattle actively collaborates with local organizations and community members to foster understanding, build strong relationships, and enhance connections between the Sikh community and the wider public. The Centre participates in both local and international charitable initiatives, including providing donations to organizations such as Seattle Childrens Hospital and Bothell High School (supporting food programs for students in need).
