THE VIRGINIA REGIONAL OFFICE IS IN OAKTON, VA; THE NORTH CAROLINA REGIONAL OFFICE IS LOCATED IN FAYETTEVILLE, NC; THE DELAWARE REGIONAL OFFICE IS IN NEW CASTLE, DE; AND THE UTAH REGIONAL OFFICE IS IN CLEARFIELD, UT.HOMES FOR INDEPENDENCE PROVIDES AFFORDABLE, ACCESSIBLE AND SAFE HOUSING FOR PERSONS WITH LOW INCOMES AND/OR DISABILITIES THROUGH THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES: -INCLUSIVE, ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE RENTALS IN PINELLAS AND BREVARD COUNTIES, FL, AND IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY, NC, IN CONDOMINIUM UNITS WHICH ARE INTEGRATED INTO ESTABLISHED CONDOMINIUM COMMUNITIES WITH EASY ACCESS TO SHOPPING AND TRANSPORTATION. AFFORDABLE, ACCESSIBLE AND SAFE HOUSING WAS PROVIDED TO MORE THAN 310 FAMILIES IN FY24. -HOUSING COUNSELING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES. -VETERANS HOUSING THROUGH DUVAL PARK IN ST. PETERSBURG, FL. THIS 88-UNIT PERMANENT SUPPORTED HOUSING COMMUNITY FOR VETERAN WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES PROVIDES A RANGE OF SUPPORT SERVICES.
