The $6,830,660 grant, which we recieved in 2019, was forwarded to the trust fpr Public Land to contribute to the achievment of the full purchase price. The land sales transaction, which closed in October 2022, will put the property under the ownership of the Mountain Recreation Conservation Authority, a public agency.
