PRIMETIME WORKS TO EXPAND ACCESS TO OUT-OF-SCHOOL TIME (OST) PROGRAMMING ACROSS RICE COUNTY. THE OST NETWORK SERVED AT LEAST 4,031 CHILDREN & YOUTH AGES AGED 18 AND UNDER IN FY25. HEALTHY COMMUNITY INITIATIVE'S TORCH AND RISE PROGRAMS SUPPORT STUDENTS IN MIDDLE AND/OR HIGH SCHOOL TO IMPROVE ON-TIME HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION RATES IN THE CITIES OF NORTHFIELD AND FARIBAULT; TOGETHER THEY SUPPORTED 942 STUDENTS IN FY25. NCCC SUPPORTS AFFORDABLE, LOCAL POST-SECONDARY PARTICIPATION & COMPLETION FOR NON-TRADITIONAL STUDENTS; NCCC SUPPORTED 296 STUDENTS AGED 16 AND OVER IN FY25.

HEALTHY COMMUNITY INITIATIVE'S GROWING UP HEALTHY TEAM ENGAGES FAMILIES, CAREGIVERS, NEIGHBORHOODS, AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS IN SUPPORT OF HEALTHY EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT, KINDERGARTEN READINESS, AND PRIMARY SCHOOL ATTENDANCE. IN FY25, THE TEAM SUPPORTED 919 PEOPLE AND 652 HOUSEHOLDS. HEALTHY COMMUNITY INITIATIVE'S YOUTH ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES AMPLIFY YOUTH VOICE IN CIVIC ARENAS AND EMPOWERS YOUTH TO MAKE DECISIONS RELEVANT TO THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE. IN FY25, HCI'S YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES BENEFITED 142 YOUTH AGED 14-18 IN RICE COUNTY.
