HEALTHY COMMUNITY INITIATIVE'S TORCH AND RISE PROGRAMS SUPPORT STUDENTS IN MIDDLE AND/OR HIGH SCHOOL TO IMPROVE ON-TIME HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION RATES IN THE CITIES OF NORTHFIELD AND FARIBAULT; TOGETHER THEY SUPPORTED 942 STUDENTS IN FY25. NCCC SUPPORTS AFFORDABLE, LOCAL POST-SECONDARY PARTICIPATION & COMPLETION FOR NON-TRADITIONAL STUDENTS; NCCC SUPPORTED 296 STUDENTS AGED 16 AND OVER IN FY25.
