The Allentown Public theater provides a bilingual youth theater programming that involves peer teen mentorship from middle school students and high school students that have been trained since middle school. The teaching artist instructors involve two professional actors and one vocalist with 30 years of experience. Students are taught acting skills, critical thinking, backstage technical skills and mentorship. Currently the students are working on a production of "Into the Woods" at Trexler Middle School and an original piece written by the students of Harrison Morton.
