THE EMERGENCY SHELTER PROVIDES SHELTER, CASE MANAGEMENT AND RESOURCES TO SINGLE ADULTS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA. CASE MANAGEMENT AND RESOURCES WERE MADE AVAILABLE TO HELP SECURE EMPLOYMENT, AND MEET BASIC DAILY ESSENTIAL NEEDS SUCH AS A KITCHEN, SHOWER, LAUNDRY, MAIL, LOCKER, WELLNESS ROOM AND POINT OF CONTACT ARE PROVIDED. DURING 2024, PROVIDED 11,960 SHOWERS AND 6,597 LOADS OF LAUNDRY. CASE MANAGERS WORK WITH CLIENTS TO ESTABLISH HOUSING PLANS AND GOALS FOR OVERCOMING UNIQUE BARRIERS TO HOMELESSNESS.
