Mission

Eagle Wings Academy (EWA) provided 23 scholarships for primarily minority students living in the City of Syracuse unable to afford a Christian Education. The scholarships allowed the children to attend Faith Heritage School, 3740 Midland Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13205 (private school Grades K-12). We had 22 volunteers providing prayer support, individual encouragement as necessary, as well as assistance with academic needs. We had two employees during the year transitioning the Administrative Support Coordinator (ASC) position. The ASC provides intervention to ensure academic standards are being maintained, monitors progress to assist with deficit areas, and encourages students to work up to their God-given potential.
