SUPPORT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS THAT ARE GOVERNMENT (TAX AUTHORITY) RECOGNIZED AND CERTIFIED NOT-FOR-PROFIT ENTITIES RECOGNIZED AS QUALIFIED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
