The Center for Enriching Relationships provides several sites that utilize licensed Psychotherapists, registered associate therapists, psychological assistants, and/or practicum/trainee students who work as relationship specialists in providing counseling for individuals, couples, groups, families, and children. The therapists also offer seminars to local communities and establishments. CER uses a mixture of insurance billing, sliding scales for fees, and hardship applications to provide mental health therapy services at low or no cost to clients. Since some third party insurance providers do not reimburse for the full cost of services, CER collected $662,043 less in fees in 2025 due to insurance adjustments. Sliding scale and hardship application fee reductions for 2025 were $77,707.
