QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES IS AT THE HEART OF THE MISSION-DRIVEN STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS OF ALL EMPATH HEALTH ENTITIES. EMPATH HEALTH PROVIDES SUPPORT AND CARE TO PEOPLE IN TAMPA BAY THROUGH ITS MEMBER PROGRAMS, WHICH INCLUDE SUNCOAST HOSPICE, EMPATH HOME HEALTH, EPIC (EMPATH PARTNERS IN CARE), SUNCOAST PACE, EMPATH HEALTH PHARMACY, EMPATH COMMUNITY COUNSELING AND EMPATH PALLIATIVE CARE. SUNCOAST HOSPICE OF HILLSBOROUGH'S MISSION OF CARE FOCUSES ON PERSONS WITH ADVANCED ILLNESSES AND EXTENDS TO THOSE ACTING AS CAREGIVERS OR WORKING THROUGH GRIEF. SUNCOAST HOSPICE SERVES ALL PEOPLE WITHOUT REGARD TO DIAGNOSIS, AGE, RELIGION, ETHNICITY, GENDER, OR FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
