CHILDREN WITHOUT ADEQUATE PARENTAL CARE EXPERIENCE NEGLECT, TRAUMA AND EXPLOITATION WHILE A LACK OF COMMUNITY RESOURCES LEADS TO THE BASIC NEEDS OF MANY GOING UNMET.
