Adult basic education program dedicated to the needs of adult learners. Program areas include basic literacy instruction, English Language Learning classes, instruction for high school equivalency attainment, workforce readiness skills, and transition into post-secondary education. In 2024, we continued to advance our program and curriculum. We added Peer Recovery Coach and Entrepreneurship Certification and did the groundwork for adding NCCER Core Construction certification in 2025. We had 35 students graduate in 2024, as well as 100 students advance their skills. We have been blessed with strong donor support and inspiring student success continues. We are actively working on more rigorous curriculum and partnerships for high quality career certifications. Our most exciting development was the signing of a long-term lease for almost 10,000 square feet of classroom, lab, tutoring, conference, and office space to meet the demand for more hours and adult learning spaces. The new space is set to open summer of 2025. This space will allow for a lifelong learning hub for adult learners-the only one in our county.
