O FAMILIES ARE KEPT WELL INFORMED EACH DAY ABOUT THE SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT AND HEALTH OF THEIR LOVED ONES. O IN 2024, 65 UNIQUE INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED IN THE DAY PROGRAM AND OVER 195 FAMILY MEMBERS RECEIVED EDUCATION, SUPPORT, AND RESPITE.

OUTREACH & EDUCATION: CFHL IS COMMITTED TO BEING AN IMPORTANT SERVICE PROVIDER TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND COMMUNITY AT LARGE. O THROUGH ITS BRAIN HEALTH WORKSHOPS, CFHL'S OUTREACH SINCE START-UP IN 2022 HAS GROWN TO NEARLY 4000 LIKE-MINDED INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN OVERALL AGING WELL. ATTENDANCE IN 2024 REACHED OVER 1500 ATTENDEES. O MORE THAN 380 FAMILY MEMBERS IN 2024 ATTENDED FREE CAREGIVER SUCCESS SUPPORT GROUPS HELD 4 TIMES EACH MONTH AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. O A TEAM OF AROUND 25 DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS SUPPORT THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION, HAVING PROVIDED OVER 574 HOURS OF SERVICE IN 2024. O AS A COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER, CFHL SPONSORS COLLEGIATE INTERNSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES WITH NUMEROUS UNIVERSITIES IN THE CHARLOTTE AREA AND THROUGHOUT THE SOUTHEAST. IN 2024, APPROXIMATELY 650 HOURS WERE PROVIDED. O COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS ARE ALSO INVITED TO UTILIZE CFHL'S VENUE TO HOST THEIR MEETINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS.
