The mission of Turtleback Education Foundation (TEF) is to develop well-rounded students who love learning, demonstrate character, and build community. Like many other districts, the Poway Unified School District has experienced significant reductions from the State of California. The TEF is working tirelessly to raise funds to offset the cutoffs in order to preserve the core education at Turtleback Elementary School and leverage teacher time with students. Some of these fundraising activities are: Annual pledge drive, Spell-A-Thon, Fun Run, Green Team Recycling Program, Family Dine Out Nights.
