The Diploma Plus Program is a dropout prevention program that identifies and awards stipends to eligible students who are at risk of not finishing high school. This fiscal year there were 147 recipients. High school counselors from local public schools report the students' grades and attendance on a quarterly basis. The monitoring and follow-up of the students' progress is checked carefully and only eligible seniors are awarded the stipends. Success is measured by the number of program students graduating from high school with a diploma. Success rate exceeds 97.5% with no more than one dropout student per group/year.
