THE CORPORATION HAS ALSO ENTERED INTO A PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT (PRAC CONTRACT) WITH HUD. THE PRAC CONTRACT IS A RENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR LOW INCOME FAMILES (OR PERSONS) AS PROVIDED BY THE SECTION 8 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.
