INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS OFFER A FORUM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF CULTURE, IDEAS, INFORMATION, AND COMMERCE. IT ALSO HELPS CREATE AN AURA OF GOODWILL AND COOPERATION BETWEEN CITIES ALL OVER THE WORLD BY SHOWCASING THE GREATER KILLEEN AREA AS AN INTERNATIONAL CITY.
