World Leadership Foundation is preparing to launch K12 Change Lab (www.k12changelab.org), which supports schools in operationalizing strategic plans. Over 18 months, K12 Change Lab supports school teams to design, iterate, collect data, soft launch, mobilize support, and communicate in order to implement the desired strategic goal. The program includes unlimited virtual coaching, a 3-day learning conference in October 2026 in Washington, DC, and two on-site school visits. Teams join a cohort of schools working on a similar challenge, and each cohort has a coach. Grant funding is available for smaller independent and international schools.
