THE CORPORATION SHALL ALSO PARTNER WITH LOCAL PERFORMING ARTS GROUPS TO HOST PERFORMING ARTS PRESENTATIONS TO TARGETED AUDIENCES, SUCH AS YOUNG PERSONS AND LOW-INCOME PERSONS, IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION, FAMILIARITY, AND PARTRONAGE OF THE ARTS.
