IACS STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE THIS MISSION AND VISION IS THREEFOLD: ADDRESS IMMEDIATE NEEDS BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO CAPITAL PAIRED WITH WRAPAROUND SERVICES THAT SUPPORT LOW-INCOME, BIPOC AND IMMIGRANT SMALL BUSINESSES AND ENTREPRENEURS; CREATE LONG-TERM SYSTEMS CHANGE THROUGH POLICY ADVOCACY AND COMMUNITY RESEARCH; AND BUILD GENERATIONAL WEALTH THROUGH COMMUNITY INNOVATION INITIATIVES INCLUDING LAND AND REAL ESTATE PROGRAMS TO PREVENT DISPLACEMENT.
