TO ALSO DEVELOP BETWEEN EDUCATORS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC SUCH UNITED EFFORTS AS WILL SECURE FOR EVERY CHILD THE HIGHEST ADVANTAGES IN ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR EDUCATION, AND TO PROVIDE AND ENCOURAGE A WELL-ROUNDED AND EXCITING EXPERIENCE FOR ALL CHILDREN IN AND OUT OF THE CLASSROOM.
