IT WILL ALSO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PERSONS WITH AN INTEREST IN THE BUILDING MATERIALS AND THE BUILDING TRADES TO PURSUE POST SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES.
