(Vocational Rehabilitation Services) Program participants will learn a skilled trade along the way and leadership trainees will learn to supervise job sites. Part of leadership development is teaching the men to interact with with the general public in quoting, budgeting, scheduling, and executing various work projects with the utmost excellence and integrity.
