Adoptions and TNR/Colony Care: Remove animals from shelters who are at risk for euthanasia as well as from the community, place in foster homes for complete vetting (alter, vaccines, microchipping, veterinary care, deworming). When ready, place for adoption and find suitable forever homes. During 2023, the organization took in over 1,640 animals and place 1,450 into adoptive homes. Saving One Life participates in the greater community's effort to reduce overpopulation by providing TNR (trap-neuter-release) opportunities as well as to provide food to colonies of feral cats. In 2023, the organization TNR'd over 300 cats.
