This was accomplished through the following:Developed patient safety and quality initiatives and had involvement in national and regional simulations. Continued the contract with the Indiana Hospital Association for training and education. Additionally, contracted with local hospitals to provide training services.Developed trauma training program through a two year contract with the Indiana Trauma Commission. Training is occurring in rural hospitals with this Rural Trauma Training Project.
