PROCEEDS FROM ACTIVITIES OF THE CORPORATION WILL EITHER BE REINVESTED IN THE ENDOWMENT FOR FUTURE USE BY CHILDREN & FAMILIES FIRST DELAWARE INC. OR DISTRIBUTED TO CHILDREN & FAMILIES FIRST DELAWARE INC. TO BE USED IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE.
