THE PARK'S MAJOR ANNUAL EXPENSES ARE FOR DEPRECIATION, INSURANCE, LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AND UTILITIES. THE ASSOCIATION HAD OPERATING EXPENSES AS REPORTED ABOVE AND INCREASED RESERVES BY SCHEDULED AMOUNTS FOR FUTURE REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE, AND REPLACEMENTS IN THE PARK.
