During 2025, Celtic Charms continued providing loving care to the nine equines previously part of its active riding program in their new North Carolina home. Agronomic work on grazing areas continued at the new facility. Late in the year, one of our beloved horses, Mazoo, finished his last gallop after bravely fighting throat cancer. All capital costs were incurred by the lessor, Celtic Charms Equestrian Centers LLC, which is wholly owned by the Executive and Program Directors, the two founders of Celtic Charms. Overall program expenses increased by approximately 22%. Pasturage increased as seeding was required for the square baling field, and vehicle maintenance costs were 15% higher due to timing and unscheduled major repairs to equipment age. Stall mat replacements were also needed.
