MURTHA CENTER FOR PUBLIC SERVICE AND NATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS, AT WHICH HISTORICAL MATERIALS, INCLUDING PRIMARILY CONGRESSMAN JOHN P. MURTHA'S PUBLIC PAPERS WILL BE HOUSED. THE JOHN P. MURTHA FOUNDATION WILL FUND RESEARCH, CURRICULUM, FORUMS, LECTURES AND PROGRAMS AT THE JOHN P. MURTHA CENTER FOR PUBLIC SERVICE AND NATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS FOR BOTH UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH AT JOHNSTOWN STUDENTS AND THE PUBLIC.
