THE RETIRED MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES WHO EXECUTED INDIVIDUAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH THE OHIO EDUCATION ASSOCIATION ("OEA"), AND THEIR DEPENDENTS AS DESCRIBED IN THOSE AGGREEMENTS WOULD ALSO BE ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS.
