THE TRUST'S JOINT LABOR MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES ARE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS, JOB SECURITY, COMPETITIVENESS, PRODUCTIVITY, ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND IN PARTICULAR IN THE NUCLEAR POWER CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
