Affordable Housing Solutions, Inc. (AHS) was established as a 501(c)(3) organization to support and advance the charitable purposes of the Boise City Housing Authority (BCHA) and the Ada County Housing Authority (ACHA). AHS operates exclusively to carry out functions and provide services that benefit these Supported Organizations, including the distribution of charitable funds and resources to support affordable housing initiatives.(Continued on Schedule O)During the reporting period, AHS continued to explore opportunities to support the housing efforts of the BCHA and ACHA. This included identifying potential grant funding sources and collaborating with local leadership to assess available properties for future affordable housing development. While AHS has had limited activity to date, it remains committed to serving in this capacity. As federal funding is not guaranteed and continues to face uncertainty, AHS is intended to serve as a flexible tool to help secure alternative resources and support long-term housing solutions.
