1)In this FYE 2024 we provided Fair Housing and tenant/landlord mediation services to the CDBG cities of Chula Vista, El Cajon, La Mesa, National City, Oceanside, Santee, and Vista. 2)We are also in agreement with the County of San Diego Fair Housing Program to service six participating cities: Coronado, Lemon Grove, Solana Beach, Imperial Beach, Poway and Del Mar plus the unincorporated area of San Diego. 3)We had one-to-one counseling with over a thousand clients and served several hundreds more through workshops and by participating in the Cities events. We hosted over 120 outreach events throughout San Diego. 4)We are partnered with the National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA) HUDs intermediary program to provide a first-time home buyers equitable housing opportunities for our San Diego communities. 5)We have used our capacity building grants to expand our services to include housing testing and enforcement and are providing this for the entire region of San Diego.
