These program services expenses include general network operational expenses, fiber access expenses, production expenses, and broadcasting expenses. Impact Network, Inc. ensured its charitable objectives by achieving its program services requirements through maintaining contract services and expenses within acceptable ratio of the organizations net income. Professional services along with production network operations and other contract services all fulfilled the program objectives of the organization. Impact Network, Inc. also ensured its charitable objectives by identifying sales opportunties, new product and service offerings, and the markets in which those opportunities can be explored and capitalized. To achieve this program objective, members of the executive and management teams were required to travel to conferences, conventions, and meetings promoting the network opportunties to prospective subscribers and business organizations.
