Resource Global is redefining international philanthropy by engaging communities, identifying and analyzing their needs and uniting ministry partners and funders to create long-term solutions. Our Vision - Resource Global has a vision to see community needs identified, analyzed and then supported by ministries in the community who collaboratively unite their expertise and resources for the sake of the Gospel. Our Goal - Our long-term goal is that through the coaching of re:source globals staff and advocates, ministries will begin to create models that work in each specific region and unique culture of the world. We believe that these models will have an impact on international development and philanthropy, as it creates a new method for how the church will serve communities around the world. Our Method - Resource Global has developed community analysis criteria that allows us to better understand the unique footprint of a community. Through these tools and relationships with indigenous leaders, re:source global will serve as the resource manager and partner mediator to help shape goals, determine the dispersion of resources towards those goals, and ensure that all partners receive necessary capacity building where needed. Further, we create partnerships with indigenous ministries and organizations that are like-minded and are working towards specific issues. There are often a number of ministries and organizations working toward the same goal; Resource Global hopes to create partnerships among these entities in order to create a greater impact on the issue being addressed.
