1-The F.A.N.C.Y. Teen Girls Leadership in-person and virtual Academy enrolled 43 girls in the 2025-26 cohort who participated in weekly meetings and experienced multiple volunteer opportunities, fun field trips, and educational activities. 2-Our F.A.N.C.Y. Ambassador Program is a paid internship that helps the participants develop essential workforce and leadership skills. 3-We expanded our school-based programs to fifteen different schools across five local school districts, as well as one district-wide program, serving nearly 400 girls. 4-We hosted our 2025 F.A.N.C.Y Teen Girls Expo at KIPP Adelante Prep Academy. The expo featured over 300 girls participating in empowerment workshops, enjoying live entertainment and food, and hearing from various guest speakers, all supported by our generous vendors, donors, parents, and volunteers. 5-We exposed our girls to various colleges and universities through our HBCU and California Colllege Tours.
