The program was offered in Spring and Fall, facilitated by trained/certified GOTRBC volunteer coaches. 212 coaches donated 45 hours each to facilitate 20 lessons over 10 weeks. Girls met twice a week for 1.5 hours. Last fiscal year 57% of the girls received full or partial scholarships for the $175.00 per girl fee. Coaches use an intentional curriculum that integrates running and teaches life skills/strategies. Each season ends with a 5K supported by 590 volunteers. Post season surveys report 86% girls gained self confidence and 97% of girls used learned life skills in other areas of their lives.

GOTRBC participated in a 5K running event at the end of Fall 2023 season and organized a 5K running event at the end of the Spring 2024 season for the girls. In May 2024, 382 girls, 129 coaches, and 700+ family members, and 200 race-day volunteers celebrated the girls in a season ending 5K. The running events are a culmination of each season's program. The goal is for the girls to complete a 5K in a positive, encouraging environment.
