ATLANTIC OUTREACH GROUP'S HUNGER RELIEF PROGRAM IS DEDICATED TO ADDRESSING FOOD INSECURITY IN OUR COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING CONSISTENT ACCESS TO NUTRITIOUS FOOD FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED. OUR PROGRAM OPERATES THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL GROCERY STORES, FOOD SUPPLIERS, AND COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS, ENSURING A RELIABLE SUPPLY OF FRESH AND NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS. IN THE PAST YEAR, WE SERVED OVER 30,790 FAMILIES, DISTRIBUTING OVER 176,600 POUNDS OF FOOD TO THOSE FACING HUNGER. IN ADDITION TO FOOD DISTRIBUTION, WE OFFER CONVENIENT WAYS TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE THROUGH OUR EMERGENCY FOOD PROGRAM, WEEKLY MOBILE PANTRY AND DELIVERY OPTIONS. WE TAKE PRIDE IN BEING ONE OF THE ONLY PROGRAMS IN OUR AREA THAT IS AVAILABLE TO PROVIDE FOOD TO THOSE IN NEED, MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 9 AM TO 5 PM. THROUGH THESE EFFORTS, AOG CONTINUES TO MAKE A MEANINGFUL IMPACT BY ALLEVIATING HUNGER AND FOSTERING STABILITY FOR THOSE WE SERVE. WE REMAIN COMMITTED TO UPLIFTING OUR COMMUNITY AND ENSURING THAT EVERYONE HAS THE RESOURCES THEY NEED TO THRIVE. THE IMPACT WE HAVE MADE IS A TESTAMENT TO THE HARD WORK, PASSION, AND DEDICATION OF EVERYONE INVOLVED IN OUR MISSION. FRESH START IS A FULL SERVICE RECOVERY PROGRAM DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR JOURNEY TO RECOVERY FROM SUBSTANCE USE AND HELPING THEM ACHIEVE LONG-TERM STABILITY AND INDEPENDENCE. OUR PROGRAM OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF SERVICES, INCLUDING SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT, MENTAL HEALTH CARE, MEDICAL SERVICES, HOUSING ASSISTANCE, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, AND LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION. THROUGH THIS HOLISTIC APPROACH, WE EMPOWER PARTICIPANTS TO REBUILD THEIR LIVES, REGAIN SELF-SUFFICIENCY, AND BREAK THE CYCLE OF ADDICTION. WE OPERATE WITH A TOTAL OF 132 BEDS, ALLOWING US TO PROVIDE OVER 39,680 DAYS OF SAFE AND SOBER HOUSING TO INDIVIDUALS ANNUALLY. OUR PROGRAM HAS A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON THE LIVES OF THOSE WE SERVE: UPON COMPLETION, 87% OF OUR PARTICIPANTS SUCCESSFULLY SECURED EMPLOYMENT, AND 92% TRANSITIONED INTO STABLE HOUSING. THESE OUTCOMES REFLECT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF OUR INTEGRATED SERVICES IN HELPING INDIVIDUALS ACHIEVE LASTING RECOVERY AND INDEPENDENCE.
