New and emerging leaders on the field are given training experience and knowledge with in the environment of a NAMS community. The Global Apprentice Program GAP allows for leadership growth for those on foreign soil would otherwise would not be afforded the opportunity. During 2023 a GAP retreat was held in India to provide additional training and support to apprentices. During 2023 3 individuals were part of this apprenticeship program.
