ORGANIZATION SHALL STRIVE TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO TRAIN AND EDUCATE INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS, COACHES AND OFFICIALS IN THE GAME AND INSTILL GOOD SPORTMANSHIP, FAIR PLAY AND RESPECT FOR FELLOW PLAYERS AND OFFICIALS BOTH ON AND OFF THE ICE. MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO ALL REGARDLESS OF RACE, COLOR, HANDICAP, CREED, SEX OR NATIONAL ORIGIN.
